Some important terms used in these Terms are defined below:

• "Platform" — refers to the ba995 website, app, and all related services.
• "Member" or "User" — any person who is registered on ba995 and is using the service.
• "Account" — the personal user profile created through registration.
• "Bonus" — any promotional funds or benefits provided by ba995.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the amount that must be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn.

ba995 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time at its own discretion. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes by the member.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to register and use the services on ba995. This platform is open only to those aged 21 and above. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and there will be no obligation to refund any deposited funds.

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each member may operate only one account. If the same person or members of the same household open multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any earned bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information will result in the account being suspended or closed.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

• Do not share your account details with any third party.
• If you suspect that someone is using your account without authorisation, notify the support team immediately.
• You are advised to change your password regularly.
• ba995 will not be liable for any third-party harm if a member fails to keep their details secure.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on ba995: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may increase if a verification process is ongoing.

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

If evidence of chargebacks, money laundering, or any other fraudulent method of depositing or withdrawing funds is found, ba995 may immediately close the account and freeze the associated funds.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at ba995, you will receive a 150% bonus, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and get a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,500. Or deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳37,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing a bonus, a 20x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be met. The calculation applies only to the bonus amount — not the deposit. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry — expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• ba995 reserves the right to cancel all bonuses if evidence of bonus abuse is found.
• If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is active, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be cancelled.
• VIP members may receive higher cashback and special offers — see the details page.

The ba995 VIP program has three tiers, each with a different weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

It is possible to progress to a higher tier gradually through regular gaming activity. The specific benefits of each VIP tier are subject to change and ba995 reserves the right to make the final decision on this.

7.1 Permitted Activities

• Playing all games on the platform for personal entertainment.
• Conducting transactions from an account registered in your own name.
• Participating in applicable promotions and bonus offers.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using bots, automated software, or any scripts to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using another person's account or allowing anyone to use your own account.
• Gaining an unfair advantage through bonus abuse or collusion.
• Using any vulnerability or technical flaw in the platform to obtain winnings.
• Using an account for money laundering or any illegal purpose.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming on ba995:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the funds for that bet will be returned to the member's account.
• ba995 reserves the right to cancel any bet if erroneous odds have been published in the market.
• In cases of suspicious betting activity, ba995 may suspend or cancel payment pending investigation.
• Any bet linked to match fixing or corruption in sport will be cancelled and the associated account will be closed.

ba995 will bear no liability in the following cases:

• Technical faults with the member's own device.
• Third-party cyber attacks or hacking that are outside ba995's control.
• Unauthorised access to an account due to the member's own negligence.

ba995's own logs and records will be considered conclusive evidence regarding any technical error or discrepancy.

Any member may close their account at any time through the support team. Any outstanding balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

ba995 may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• Prolonged inactivity (in accordance with ba995's pre-established policy).

If there is a dispute over a transaction or game result, the member must contact the support team immediately. ba995 will investigate every complaint fairly.

• Time limit for filing a complaint: within 72 hours of the incident.
• ba995's investigation decision is final and binding.

If any clause is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining clauses will stay in effect. Not enforcing any clause of these terms does not mean waiving that right.
